Welcome to NBScience Clinical Trials Registry (NUCTR) !

How to register a trial

Trial registration on the NUCTR involves three steps.

Step 1: Apply for a user login

To register a trial you will need to be a registered user with a unique login number (FORM1) . You only need to do this once, and can register as many trials as you wish. You can apply for new user login number online by completing details regarding your name and professional contact details including your telephone number, email address and relevant affiliation (e.g. institution or collaborative research group).

Step 2: Enter trial details

Once you have NBSCIENCE NUCTR number you can register your trial online. You will first be asked to check whether the trial is already registered with the NUCTR and whether you are the trial sponsor and thus eligible to register the trial.

You will then be directed to the data fields you need to complete. You are encouraged to complete all the fields if possible. Mandatory data fields are highlighted in bold and are based on the requirements for registration of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). Click here to download the explanation of all data fields.

Following completion of each page, you should save and send it to

NUCTR Manager – Dr.Shevchenko Kristina

e-mail: office@nbscience.com

Step 3: Confirmation of submission and registration

Once you have submitted your trial you will be given a "Request number". Please record the Request Number. This is NOT the registration number. You will be able to print the information you have entered for your records.

The NUCTR staff will check the register to ensure this trial has not already been registered and the data is complete and unambiguous. You should expect a response within 5 working days.

The NUCTR staff will communicate with you via email if they have any queries regarding your registration.

Following satisfactory verification of trial(s) registration each individual trial is allocated a unique NBScience Clinical Trials Registry Number (NUCTRN).

It is possible to register more than one trial during one online session.
