Conditions of participation:
1) Language of conferences in the Eastern Europe - Russian . We can provide translation services as additional services.
2) Please note that registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly 'first in' payment basis.
NBScience reserves the right to make any changes to the program in its sole discretion. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of one or more presentation topic(s) or speaker(s).
In the event that the Conference has to be cancelled or changed due to events beyond NBScience's control or due to circumstances which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, NBScience will not be held liable to Registrants for any damages, losses or costs incurred, including but not limited to transportation and accommodation costs. NBScience is not liable for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.
NBScience collects personal information during the registration process such as name, mailing address, email address and credit card or other payment information in order to collect registration fees and produce entrance badges for Registrants and otherwise administer registration, participation and access to the NBScience event(s). Independent of NBScience's collection of such information, Registrants attending NBScience may wish to have exhibitors "scan" their entrance badges at the exhibitors' booth to collect their personal information such as name, address, phone number and email.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS - for the conference fees
Any cancellation should be sent by fax, mail or e-mail to the NBScience Secretariat. Delivery of cancellation has to be confirmed by the responsible person from the NBScience Secretariat.
1. More than 30 days before conference start - 50% of the sum for conference fees
will be refunded.
2. 10 days before conference start - no refund for conference fees.
VISA
All participants and also accompanying persons should find out from their side the necessary documents for obtaining visa in order to process VISA application. Each participant of the Conference takes responsibility for arranging visa.
NB: Citizens of the following countries can now visit without a visa for periods of up to 90 days with a valid passport:
USA, Canada, Japan, EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Mongolia, and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States – CIS
INSURANCE
Each participant of the Conference takes responsibility for arranging the health or any other necessary insurance. NBScience will not take any participants' responsibility in this matter.
