DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Management of Projects
2. Review systems for efficiencies and compliance with regulations.
3. Active member of NBScience Advisory Committee
4. Works with Marketing group to reviewprojects for feasibility in a timely manner.
6. Hiring, training, mentoring and evaluation Supervisors
7. Works directly with marketing to schedule workload for the Projects.
8. Meet with sponsors on a regular basis to gauge NBScience performance.
9. Assures timelines are met and the best product possible is delivered.
10 Sets up Quality measures for each department to report on monthly (not done yet
but needs to)
11. Works closely with different departments to develop a good, working
relationship to ensure combination projects run smoothly.
12 Reviews monthly financials and payroll.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in the field of Life Sciences or Health) with at least 3 years of Medical or Management experience and at least 1 year of Supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in the field of Life Sciences or Health)
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent attention to detail; exceptional organizational and planning skills. Able to project and coordinate NBScience needs in advance. Needs to have very good trouble shooting and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred: In-depth knowledge of the clinical research process, including Good
Clinical Practices and ICH guidelines;
SUPERVISION
Conference Manager works under the general supervision and guidance of the President of NBScience.
