REGISTRATION DETAILS
The Registration fee includes:

*Participation
    * all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book,proceedings,bags),
    * morning and afternoon teas,on the weekdays of attendance, social programm

 

 

REGISTRATION RATES

The Member rates apply to those who are current financial members of any of the participating societies. To be eligible for the Student rate, delegates must be engaged in full time academic study and if asked, provide a copy of their student card as well as a letter supporting their status from the head of their department.

Cancellation:

Refunds will be honored (less a 385 Euros processing fee for conferences and 285 Euros for one-day courses) if WRITTEN
notice is received by National Bio Science at least ten business days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be honored after this date.
If NBScience must cancel a course or conference due to weather conditions or for any other reason, NBScience will issue a full refund of registration fees paid. However, NBScience assumes no responsibility for additional costs incurred by the registrant (e.g., airfare, hotel fees, etc.).
· Transfer: Transferring to another course may be done (less a 385 Euros processing fee for conferences and 285 Euros for one-day
courses) if WRITTEN notice is received by NBScience at least ten business days prior to the start of the program. Transfers will not
be honored after this date. If the fee for the replacement course is more than what is available to transfer, you will be
responsible for paying the difference and your registration will not be confirmed until we receive that payment. The balance is
due within 30 days from the transfer date or the beginning of the course, whichever is earlier, or your registration fee will be
forfeited.
· Substitution: NBScience will accept a registration substitution at any time prior to the start of the program.
· No-Shows: Registrants who are enrolled in a NBScience course or conference and do not attend the program, i.e., a "no-show," will not receive a refund.
· Waiting List: Registrants on a waiting list who cancel or do not get into a course or conference are not subject to cancellation fees.
· Hotel Reservation: Please contact Director of operations director@nbscience.com by the cut-off date
listed in the Course Details pages on the web site in order to receive the discounted non-commissionable group rate . Mention
the NBScience course that you are attending when you call. Hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed after the cut-off date and will be at undiscounted rates.

Registrations will not be processed without full payment.
You may pay by personal,bank or company check ,western union transfers and bank transfers. To pay by check, please make checks in USD or Euros.
Cancellation/Replacement: All cancellation or replacement requests must be made by e-mail ( director@nbscience.com) asap. No requests made via telephone will be honored.
You may cancel your registration or transfer your registration to a co-worker if you have NOT accessed the course. Refunds
for cancellations will be issued less a 100 Euros processing fee. Once you have accessed the courses for any amount of time,
cancellations and transfers will NOT be issued.
