Abstracts

ABSTRACTS

Preparation

All text should by typed using 12 point font, with 2.5 cm top, right and left margins. Abstracts will be printed in the abstract book as submitted.

Files should be sent in MS Word or compatible format.

Abstracts should contain the following:

A descriptive title (typed in capital letters);

The names of all authors and location where the research was performed; insert an asterisk (*) immediately after the last name of the presenting author.

Description of the research.

The total number of words (including title, authors, etc.) may not exceed 500.

Complete accompanying abstract registration form. This form as well as the conference registration is required to take your abstract into consideration. Inclusion in the abstract book and in the final scientific program will only take place after the conference organization has received the conference fee.

Send abstract and transmittal form as attachments before deadline to registration@nbscience.com , depending on how you prefer to contribute to the meeting. For Congress proposals, please mention proposal in the heading of your email, for individual abstracts use in the heading the word abstract.

Contributions and Abstracts

There are four possibilities to contribute to the scientific program of the conference.

1. Plenary presentations.

2. Oral contributions in the free sessions of the Congress  

3. Contributions to the Science Market.

. Contributions can have various structures, such as symposia with longer or shorter talks, round-table discussions, discussing networks or grant applications, films etc. The responsibility for these contributions lies completely with the organizers of that contribution. Proposals in the form of a working title and a preliminary abstract explaining contents, goal and reasons of the contribution, and preferable some confirmed contributors should be sent to head_office@nbscience.com

4. Posters.

There will be plenty of space for poster presentations on boards measuring 100 by 120 cm. There will be three poster prizes available ( 1000 Euros, 3000 Euros and 5000 Euros) .

It is recommended to send in abstracts for short plenary talks well before the deadline for abstracts
